South Strongs Avenue Car Fire

In the early morning hours of August 17th, 2022 the Lindenhurst Fire Department responded to a reported car fire at an autobody shop on South Strongs Avenue. Chief of Department DeGregorio, First Assistant Chief Collins, Third Assistant Chief Cutolo and Engine 1-6-1 responded. Units arrived to find one vehicle involved in the parking lot of the business. South 8th Street Car Fire

On the morning of June 27th, 2022 the Lindenhurst Fire Department was alerted for a vehicle fire at South 8th Street and Kent Avenue. Third Assistant Chief Cutolo, Engines 1-6-3, 1-6-6 Ambulance 1-6-7 and First Responder 1-6-80 responded. In the early evening hours of June 12th, 2022 the Lindenhurst Fire Department responded to a reported house fire on South Strongs Avenue. North 9th Street Multiple Car Fires

In the early morning hours of May 23rd, 2022 the Lindenhurst Fire Department was called to a reported vehilce fire on North 9th Street. Chief of Department DeGregorio, First Assistant Chief Collins and Third Assistant Chief Cutolo responded first. South 3rd Street House Fire

On the afternoon of April 22nd, 2022 the Lindenhurst Fire Department was alerted for a house on South 3rd Street. First Assistant Chief Collins was the first to respond and was advised that numerous calls were being taken. Chief Collins arrived and transmitted a working fire and had fire showing from the garage of a two story home that was extending up to the second floor on the exterior of the house. ... Mutual Aid to Copiague F.D.

On the night of April 19, 2022 the Lindenhurst Fire Department was requested to assist the Copiague Fire Department as they battled a house fire on Dante Place. First Assistant Chief Collins and Ladder 1-6-4 responded as the RIT. The units were released in about 20 minutes.

Multiple Car Fires at a Hoffman Ave. Junkyard

The Lindenhurst Fire Department was alerted for multiple car fires in a junkyard on west Hoffman Avenue about 10:45 on April 15, 2022. Ladder 1-6-4 was the first unit to respond and was advised of multiple calls, Engine 1-6-6 was next to respond.
