Member joins the department from the Juniors program

At the most recent department meeting, Chief of Department Robert Santos presented Joseph Collins his Probationary member helmet front piece. Joseph joined the department through the Juniors program where he worked his way through the ranks and served as Captain. He is a third generation member of the Hook Ladder & Engine Co.2 (Bay Rats) following in the foot steps of his grandfather Ex-Captain George Collins and his father Ex-Chief David Collins. Congratulations Joseph on this milestone.
